1. Who is The Object Project and what do you offer?
The Object Project is a curated selection of all of my favorite things. Tried, tested and ready for you to enjoy.
2. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but usually take 2-3 days from dispatch.
3. What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
You may exchange or return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned to us you will be issued a credit note for the value of the purchase - less shipping and handling charges to use as store credit for an alternate item. All items must be returned to us in original condition and must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. TOP reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the product in question does not meet these requirements.

4. Are any purchases final sale?
All items on sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. If you receive a defective item that you've purchased on sale please notify us so that we can rectify it for you.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping throughout South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R150. We currently do not offer international shipping.
